Dispatch of your order

 

Orders placed before 1PM will typically be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1PM will be processed and dispatched the following Day. You will receive an email informing you when the order is being processed and another when we have dispatched it to you. You can track your order by logging onto your account on our site and viewing your order status.  Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

 

Delivery Charges are as follows;

 

1st Class     £3.25

2nd Class    £2.50

Next Day     £6.50

 

Refunds and Returns

 

We offer a full 7-day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may either ask for a full refund or replacement item in case the item is damaged, we are sorry but we are unable to refund the original postage and packaging cost.

We ship cufflinks to all Worldwide destinations.  Once you have chosen your order please register and then choose the relevant shipping option.

 

Europe Delivery Charge - 3.5 Euro

USA & Rest of World Delivery Charge - 7 US Dollar

 

The above deliveries are based on airmail charges and you are guaranteed to receive your order within 5 working days.
